An opportunity to become acquainted with the equipment and  our style of teaching without having to commit to further classes. This offer can only be used once per person 

The Starter Pack .......5 private sessions for only £200

This is an ideal introduction into the studio and we advise all new clients take this offer to get to grips with the machines, learn the fundamental concepts behind Pilates and focus on your individual needs.
 

Types of Classes
 
Private Tuition ............ £55 per class
 
This is one on one tuition on equipment where you have the studio to yourself and the full attention of the teacher. This amount is based on a one off booking. 
 
Semi Private Tuition ..... £33 per person per class
 
 These classes will include upto 3 people training at any one time on equipment, under one teacher's supervision. They can only be taken after completion of the starter pack or 6 private classes

Mat Classes . . . . . . . . . .  £15 per class

 These classes will include upto 6 people training at any one time under one teacher's supervision.
